Account Number
5-6 digits (top right corner of billing statement)
PIN
Use 0000 (Vonage does not use PINs)
Account Info
Name and address (top left corner of billing statement)
Step-by-step process#

Get Account Number
- Look at the top right corner of your billing statement.

Get Account Info
- Look at the top left corner of your billing statement.
- Make sure you provide this information to us EXACTLY as it appears in order to prevent rejections by Vonage.

Get Authorized Representative Info
- Look at the top left corner of your billing statement.
- Note the first and last name listed.
- You will need this person's email address as well.

Submit Port In Request
- Once you have gathered all of this information, submit your port in request and we'll get working on it.
- Enter 0000 for the PIN (Vonage does not use PINs).
Things to keep in mind#
- Be sure to keep your Vonage account active until the entire porting process is complete.
