Port your Google Voice (Business) number to CurrentClient

Have your most recent Google Voice billing statement ready - you'll need information from it. You will also need admin accesss to Google Workspace. Contact your IT administratior if you do not have access.
What you'll need#
Account ID
16-digit billing account ID (remove the dashes)
PIN
10 digits
Account Info
Name and address (from Google Voice Locations)
Step-by-step process#

Get Account ID
- Go to Google Admin -> Billing -> Payment Accounts -> Account ID.
- Find the account linked to Google Voice (16 digits) and remove the dashes before entering it.

Get PIN
- Go to Google Admin -> Apps -> Google Workspace -> Google Voice -> Number porting -> Port-out info.
- Click Preview if needed to reveal the PIN.

Get Billing Address
- Go to Google Admin -> Apps -> Google Workspace -> Google Voice -> Locations.
- Use the address associated with your Google Voice service.
- Make sure you provide this information to us EXACTLY as it appears in order to prevent rejections.

Submit Port In Request
- Once you have gathered all of this information, submit your port in request and we'll get working on it.
Things to keep in mind#
- Be sure to keep your Google Voice account active until the entire porting process is complete.
