This release adds personal extensions, personal voicemail, and speed dial, improves CRM and desktop workflows, and adds polish across calling, session, and conversation experiences.

• Team Member Extensions

  Added dedicated 3-digit extensions for team members, making it possible to route calls directly to a person without tying the extension to an inbox.

  Added personal voicemail for team members, including recording and upload support, so missed transferred calls can fall back to the individual's own voicemail instead of a shared inbox message.
